Length: 3.2 cm.

Colouration
Pale whitish and light brown body with irregular spots. Elliptic dark blotch on the caudal peduncle. Dorsal fin bases with irregular dark spots and 5 pale saddles.

Description
Body cylindrical, caudal peduncle partially compressed. Eyes dorsolateral. Anterior nostril short and tubular.
32 - 37 scales in lateral series.
Fins: D1 VI; D2 I+8-9; A I+8-10; P 17-19.

Food
No informations, probably carnivorous.

Reproduction
No informations.

Habitat
0.6 - 2 m. Estuary with sandy-muddy bottoms. Rare.
