Length: 3 - 4 cm.

Colouration
Unknown. D1 with large dark spot on base.

Description
Predorsal area and head naked.
26-32 scales in lateral series.
Fins: D1 VI; D2 I+10-11; A I+9-10; P 15-19.

Food
No informations, probably carnivorous.

Reproduction
No informations.

Habitat
60 - 270 m. Offshore, on coralline and other coarse grounds. Very rare.
